Description

The 4000 SPE Microlab workstation relieves the sample preparation bottleneck for chromatographic analysis while improving analyte yield and consistency by automating every step of the solid phase extraction process (Figure 1). The 4000 SPE Microlab workstation delivers exceptional, turnkey SPE performance, improving sample quality and laboratory productivity. The patented* positive pressure SPE system regulates residence time for conditioning agents, sample, wash and elution buffers in the solid phase, dramatically improving yield and consistency. The 4000 SPE workstation also offers complete automation with motorized column racks for automatic column positioning and a unique multi-lumen probe for fl exible sample pipetting and multiple reagent addition. Up to 192 samples can be processed without user intervention.
