The proprietary OLIGOSep Cartridge enables high efficiency separation of labeled, unlabeled and modified oligos for quality control, or for use as probes and primers. For preparative scale purification, up to 1 umole of a 30-mer, the OLIGOSep Prep HC is the cartridge of choice. .
