GE AKTA Avant 150 Chromatography System
Description
The GE ÄKTA Avant is a preparative protein purification chromatography system. The ÄKTA Avant 150 enables users to scale up to larger columns, such as HiScale and AxiChrom columns, as well as fine-tuning and robustness testing of the optimized process before moving on to pilot scale. Intelligent Packing of the smallest AxiChrom columns, with 50 and 70 mm inner diameters, is supported via preprogrammed packing methods.
This 2015 Avant 150 model is fully certified by our GE-trained service technician. The instrument comes with a computer preloaded Unicorn 6.3 software. A 90-day warranty is included.
