The JLA-10.500 Fixed-Angle Rotor is aluminum and includes 6 canisters with secondary liquid closures. Its major applications: large volume for initial processing of bacteria or other cells from fermentors, clearing cell debris from homogenates, or pelleting subcellular organelles and protein precipitates.
