Description
The Type 45 Rotor is used in instruments classified as H R S. It cannot be used for in 40,000 rpm F or H instruments or the L5-50E unless the instruments have been upgraded with a vacuum indicator and diffusion pump. Its major applications is differential centrifuge of large volumes of subcellular fractions and viruses.
