Bio-Rad ddSEQ Single-Cell Isolator with warranty

The ddSEQ Single-Cell Isolator works with Illumina Bio-Rad kits such as the SureCell WTA 3' library prep kit. The technology utilizes disposable microfluidic cartridges to coencapsulate single cells and barcodes into subnanoliter droplets, where cell lysis and barcoding occur. RNA-Seq libraies are subsequently prepared and sequenced, and analysis is conducted via the single-cell analysis BaseSpace app. The illumina machine can be used in this Single-Cell RNA-Seq method can be iSeq 100, NextSeq 500, NextSeq 550 or NextSeq 2000.
