The Octet® R8 system for label-free protein analysis delivers rapid, high-throughput, and precise characterization of biomolecules. Designed for compatibility with extended experimental durations, it seamlessly integrates into GxP-compliant labs for biologics development.

Featuring an 8-channel configuration, the Octet® R8 system conducts quantitation and kinetic analysis for up to 96 samples within a timeframe of 30 minutes to 2.5 hours, depending on the specific assay. To minimize sample volume losses, an optional microplate evaporation cover is available, allowing post-analysis sample recovery even after completion of an experiment.

The versatility of the Octet® R8 system extends to a broad spectrum of analyses, encompassing kinetic analysis, quantification of IgG and other proteins, reagent qualification, immunoassay development, bioprocess development, quality analysis, crude antibody screening, epitope binning/mapping, ligand binding assays, small molecule analysis, elucidating cell signaling mechanisms, and infectious disease monitoring.
